Matchday 6 of the English Premier League features interesting match-ups that are sure to keep every football fan on the edge of their seat.

Manchester United (4-1, 12 points) vs Manchester City (4-0, 12 points)

Unfortunately, Robinho will be unavailable to play for Manchester City on September 20. Robinho is out for a month after injuring his ankle while playing for Brazil. Despite losing Robinho, Manchester City pulled out a 4-2 win against Arsenal. Manchester City also played without newly-acquired Carlos Tevez. Tevez is also suffering from an ankle injury.

Manchester City is yet to be beaten and as shown in their match against Arsenal, feature an explosive offense. Striker Emmanuel Adebayor was everywhere during Man City’s match against Arsenal.

Manchester United seems to be doing fine without Cristiano Ronaldo. Anderson finally scored for the first time in 78 competitive matches.

This will be an interesting match-up for both teams but the injuries will be devastating for Man City to overcome.

Chelsea (5-0, 15 points) against Tottenham (4-1, 12 points)

Chelsea scored late against Stoke City to preserve their unbeaten streak. Drogba picked up his 4th goal of the season and Malouda finished Stoke City with a late goal.

Chelsea has been dominating opposition lately; they shutout Burnley and Fulham. As long as Drogba is healthy, Chelsea will continue on their winning streak.

Tottenham has lost only once. Their lone loss came at the hands of Manchester United. Man U allowed only one goal and Tottenham lost 1-3. Tottenham failed to hold on to a 1-0 lead. Rooney sealed the game with his goal on the 78 minute.

Chelsea will beat Tottenham as long as Drogba is alive.

West Ham (1-1-2, 4 points) against Liverpool (3-2, 9 points)

Livepool is struggling so far in the season but they looked great in beating Burnley 4-0. Despite their underachieving record, Liverpool should never be counted out. Yossi Benayoun scored a hat trick for Liverpool and Kuyt scored a goal to seal Burnley’s fate.

West Ham picked up another loss by losing to Wigan 0-1. Hugo Rodallega scored the single goal for Wigan. The game was exciting but scoreless after the first half.

Liverpool will dominate West Ham.

Arsenal (2-2, 6 points) against Wigan Athletic (2-3, 6 points)

Arsenal is coming off a loss against Manchester City. They will be looking to win their third game of the season. Arsenal also lost to Manchester United because of a stupid own goal mistake by Diaby.

Wigan Athletic will lose to a determined Arsenal.
